A huge well done to all the S2 Middle Schoolers who competed at last weekends Middle School Nationals @Yale, in particular the 2020 National Champions… Haverford Boys A Team! Well done to Ethan, who captained the team and led them to the repeat after their 2019 success, who made up team along with S2 teammates Adi, Blake and Render.
Congratulations to our 6 Bronze medalists – Agnes Irwin (Henrietta and Lucy) and EA (Winston, Alec, Nayan, Rubens, Aru and Ronak) for 3rd place. Furthermore, S2 had a total of 27 middle schooler in action across all the boys and girls divisions, which made for an enthralling spectacle of squash across the weekend and had all the coaches back at home base on the edge of their seats all weekend!
Now only 2 weeks until High School Nationals, can any of the PA schools reclaim the Championships from the CT domination of Brunswick Boys and Greenwich Girls?! Come on Pennsylvania… Go Birds!
